Shipping & returns
How long does delivery take?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days. US delivery typically takes 3–5 business days; you'll receive tracking as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
Is shipping really free?
Yes — standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.
How do returns work?
You have 30 days from delivery to return any product in its original condition. Start a return through the contact form with your order number, and we'll send instructions.
Warranty
Every VISSE product is covered by a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the delivery date.
What's covered: electronic faults, seam or fabric failure under normal use, and included hardware defects.
What's not covered: normal wear, damage from misuse or incorrect installation, and cosmetic marks that don't affect function.
To make a claim: send your order number, a short description and a photo through the contact form. Approved claims are resolved with a repair, replacement or refund.
Frequently asked questions
Which product should we start with?
If transitions and time are the main challenge, start with TimeBuddy. If your child seeks movement and deep pressure, start with the Sensory Swing. Many families use both together.
Do you ship internationally?
Not through this website — VISSE.com currently fulfills orders within the United States only. TimeBuddy is also available on Amazon in Europe and Canada, and the Sensory Swing on Amazon in Canada.
Can I buy for a school or clinic?
Yes. For multi-unit orders, reach out via the contact form and we'll help directly.
Why does my product look or work slightly differently from one I bought before?
We're a small team, and our real advantage is that we keep refining based on genuine feedback from the families who use our products. If a detail changes from one batch to the next, it's not inconsistency — it's us listening and improving.
